My name is Alejandra, Holistic Psychologist (MA. Clinical & Health Psychologist | Couple & Sexuality Coach) & Internationally certified yoga trainer & Reiki / Meditation Healer (Aerial Yoga+Kundalini, Hatha+Ashtanga).
MY AIM: Guide MAN, WOMAN and COUPLES around the world to HEAL, FIND THEIR INNER POWER & UNDERSTAND THEIR REAL POTENTIAL AND PURPOSE!
I'm the founder of THE HEALING PATH METHODOLOGY FOR INNER TRANSFORMATION that takes into consideration not only healing our emotional body, but also our physical & spiritual one:-Mind and body are two deeply interconnected systems-what affects one affects the other too, and what heals the other, helps heal the other too. So during our therapeutic healing process we will be focusing in awake, strengthening and improve our BODY, MIND & SOUL.
