This alternative healing therapy, uses healing energy that is channeled from the Reiki therapist, to the patient with the goal of reducing and relieving stress, anxiety, pain, and fatigue while enhancing energy.

SOMATIC HEALING THERAPY
Somatic therapy is a form of body-centered therapy that looks at the connection of mind and body and uses both psychotherapy and physical therapies for holistic healing. In addition to talk therapy, somatic therapy will help release the pent-up tension that negatively affects a patient’s physical and emotional wellbeing and will help release the trauma that resides in the body.

This support circle is designed to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you and others and get psycho-education about mental health challenges,
I encourage you to join this 1h FREE sessions during the month and share your occurrences, ask questions, learn about mental health and different basic skills to help manage your challenges and improve your mental health.
The support circle will focus each session on a specific mental health condition or a topic related to mental health and wellness.
